Submitted information may be used to respond to enquiries, assess service scope, communicate with the client and protect the website.

Review note
This is starter website text and should be legally reviewed once the final operating entity, data controller, storage workflow and payment process are confirmed.
Terms
Website content is general information and does not itself create a client relationship. A paid engagement should begin only after service scope, fees, included official fee treatment, exclusions, payment terms and any cancellation/refund terms are confirmed in writing.
Genuine relationships
Viarela services are intended for genuine, consensual and lawful relationships. Viarela does not arrange marriages or provide services for unlawful purposes.
No government affiliation
Viarela is not a governmental authority and does not decide visa, residence, immigration or civil-status outcomes.
Disclaimer
Visa, residence, immigration and civil-status decisions are made exclusively by the competent authorities. Viarela does not guarantee approval or processing time. Rules and official fees can change, and destination pages describe Viarela's commercial package structure and general service approach, not definitive legal eligibility.
Professional representation
Where regulated legal representation is required, clients may need an appropriately licensed professional in the relevant jurisdiction.
Fees & refunds
Current website package structure: Signature (€15,000), Continental (€10,000), Horizon (€7,500) and Unity Netherlands (€20,000).
Included
Consultancy, family reunification support and the standard official visa/application fee, subject to the written engagement agreement.
Excluded
Passport, transportation/travel and personal spending money are excluded. Additional translations, legal representation, appeals or third-party costs should be handled as specified in the final engagement agreement.
Settlement
After the written engagement, service fees are settled on the payment page as a single private Monero (XMR) payment covering the full package fee, confirmed automatically once the network confirms the transfer (usually about 20 minutes). Work starts only after the contracted amount is confirmed as received. You will only ever be asked to pay on the payment page; no other payment request or channel is authorized.
Refund note
No refund after service commencement except where required by applicable law; statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
